Movie Themed Birthday Invitations feat. My Favorite Things Movie Icons

On October 25th, Milou is turning 8!!! I still can’t believe how fast time goes by! This year, she wanted to have a movie-themed birthday party. We are going to create a movie theater in our living room, and we can’t wait to see the end result!

For the invitations, I used the My Favorite Things Birthday Cash & Money Card Die-Namics as a base and paired it with the Movie Icons Die-Namics. I thought it would be fun to create a director’s clapboard to add all the details of Milou’s birthday, like the date, time, etc.

For the base of the clapboard, I used the Lawn Fawn Stitched Journaling Card, and for the white stripes, a border stamp from Clearly Besotted, which I heat-embossed with WOW! White Embossing Powder. The calendar icons are from an old planner stamp from Everyday Explorers.

Milou was very happy with the end result of her invitations, and we are looking forward to her birthday party!
