Interactive Friendship Card feat. Lawn Fawn Magic Color Slider

Hi there!

How are you today? Do you like flowers? 🌸 I loooove flowers! And this Happy Potted Flower from Lawn Fawn is no exception! It’s such a cutie!

First I wanted to fill the petals with shaker bits but when I went through my die collection, I stumbled upon the Lawn Fawn Magic Picture Slider.

I couldn’t even remember the last time that I’ve used this die, and I discovered that is has been 4 years since I used it on a card. So, for today’s card, I really wanted to use this die as a base.

If you pull the pulltab, de colors of the flower will be revealed. Normally, this die is used with stamps, but this worked fine! I inlayed the flower in the base panel, so it didn’t got in the way of the slider tab.

For the flower garden, I used the Lawn Fawn Stitched Garden Border die and the Little Flowers, also from Lawn Fawn. I made a stencil with the Puffy Cloud Border die and thick cardstock. With the cloud stencils that I have, I couldn’t create white clouds because my base is blue.

I hope you like this spin on the Magic Color Slider, and I wish you a wonderful day!
