Friendship Card feat. Lawn Fawn Scootin’ By

Hi there!

I’m so happy to be back again, and this time with a spring themed card. Woohoo, because I’m soooo over winter, how about you?!

We (as in Cornelie, Jarle, Maartje, Marieke and Nancy) thought it would be fun to do a mini challenge. We decided that we had to use the same stamp and the same shape of card. We chose to use the Lawn Fawn Scootin’ By stamp and it had to be square shaped card. To make it extra fun, we didn’t share our projects with each other, until today!

For the background I used the new Lawn Fawn Heart Garden stencil and Distress Oxide inks. I was inspired by Jarle to use my Gansai Tambi watercolors, to make black splatters on the background. She had used dark splatters on one of her beautiful cards, and I really loved the look.
