Pop-Up Shadow Box Card feat. My Favorite Things Abracadabra

Hi there!

Today I want to show you my first entry for the Lift Challenge. Cornelie, Marjan and Nicole are hosting the Lift Challenge blog for a really long time. Every month, a new challenge is announced, and at the end of the month, they will choose a winner. The winner wins a fun prize sponsored by different craft stores or by themselves.

To be honest, in the end, I did not really qualify for the challenge because the challenge was to make a tunnel card. It became more of a shadow box instead, but it was fun to make, and that's what counts, right?!

I always enjoy making miniature scenes. I've used a mix of My Favorite Things and Lawn Fawn products to create the theater. The curtains are from the Lawn Fawn Shadow Box Card Theater Add-On. To create the illusion of theater lights in front of the stage and to decorate the front of the card, I've used the lawn Fawn Lacy Borders. The shadow box is not made with a die. I've made this according to the instructions from Jennifer McGuire, that was shown in the Lift Challenge instructions. I hope you like this magical card, or that it gave you some inspiration.
